Healthy Weight Programme
BWell Health Clubs offer specialist advice, support and guidance for people who are serious about their health and want control over their weight.  A unique fad free programme that aims to help you adopt your own way of attaining and maintaining a healthy weight. 

Designed for those who know that dieting is not the answer!

We offer personalised exercise, nutrition and lifestyle advice and will regularly monitor and review your progress and targets to keep you on track.

Nutrition Seminars
Are you interested in finding out a bit more about what your nutrition can do for you?  Then why not come to our monthly nutrition seminars held at Body Wellness Health Club, Gorleston.

Julia Brice, our Nutritional Therapist, has many years experience in the industry and discusses various topics including Blood Sugar Control, Digestion, Hunger and Appetite and much more.

Running and Walking Clubs
Throughout the summer BWell offers a running and walking Club to both members and non-members alike.

To join the summer 2-mile running Club and enjoy a run with a BWell Instructor, meet at the Gorleston Cliff car park every Thursday at 6.30pm to be put through your paces.  Please call 01493 452095 to confirm the run is taking place as weather conditions may affect the operation of this Club.

To join us on our monthly organised walk throughout the summer, contact BWell at Hemsby on 01493 732107.  Normally on the first Sunday of the summer months the BWell Instructors will lead you around the beautiful local countryside to get a bit of exercise and fresh air!

Classes
BWell supports regular Circuits and Boxercise classes whilst also delivering one off specific classes or courses including yoga and Junior sessions.

Fitness Days
BWell can provide fitness fun days at your school or company using our experience and qualifications to deliver an enjoyable, motivating activity day.  Activities may include Football, Badminton, Trampolining, army style Circuits, Boxercise, Exercise to Music, Team Frisbee, Athletics and much more.  We can create activities to cater for all levels of ability and interest.
