BWell at Hemsby opened to the public during January 2006 and since then has received enormous support from the local community.

At BWell we supply nothing but sound fitness advice from our highly qualified instructors, whilst our gym provides a friendly and professional training atmosphere for all ages. With a variety of membership types and services available we offer a range of opportunities for those interested in becoming more active.

BWell at Hemsby is a Recognised Exercise Referral Centre and offers a closely monitored Exercise Referral Scheme for those who have been referred or recommended to activity by their GP or other medical professional.

Recently we have launched BWell's Healthy Weight Training Programme, which gives that little bit of extra support to anyone wanting to lose weight. It offers lifestyle and nutritional advice and support combined with regular exercise over a 3-month contract to help drop those clothes sizes or maintain a steady weight.

Since the start of 2007 BWell at Hemsby has been working closely with Pontins Holiday Resort and Fleggburgh High School to provide additional facilities for our members to use. Successful negotiations with Pontins has provided our members with the use of their swimming pool at selected times with only a slight increase in their membership costs.

Fleggburgh High School has recently built a new sports hall, which is now available for bookings throughout the year. BWell manages the booking system for this sports facility, so if you wish to block book or have that one off event and have yet to find a venue, don't hesitate to speak to a member of staff.

For those of our members, families and friends who prefer the outdoors, BWell at Hemsby also offers an organised walk held on the 1st Sunday of every month throughout the summer, around the beautiful local highways and byways. This is open to members and non-members so if you fancy doing something that little bit different, speak to a member of staff to find out more information.

Pay in advance for 10 months and receive 2 additional months free! (Amount payable is dependant on membership type). Joining fee applies.

Swimming Pool
BWell offers a Gym Swim Membership for those who wish to use both the swimming pool and the gym. Just add £10 onto your monthly gym membership fee to access the pool during our opening hours listed below.

As a Gym Swim Member you are able to take two family members with you to swim during pool opening hours and also are able to access the Pontins Entertainment Programme.

For those who prefer to swim only we offer a Swim Membership for £15 per month with a £10 joining fee. Our Swim Members are also able to access the Pontins Entertainment Programme.

Lifeguards supervise the Swimming Pool at all times.
