Body Wellness Health Club is the foundation site of "BWell Health Clubs" and was launched as a community fitness facility in August 2004.

Located within the Burrage Centre, at the back of the James Paget Hospital, BWell has established strong links and referrals within the hospital and local health care providers whilst maintaining a thriving 650 strong membership base from the local community, with an age range from 8 to 86yrs.

BWell staff pride themselves on focused and professional exercise programmes and work consistently to provide local organisations and schools with activity, health, fitness and nutritional advice. With an abundance of services and opportunities available we aim to offer something to anyone interested in increasing their activity levels.

As a Recognised Exercise Referral Centre, BWell offers Stroke, Pulmonary, Stress Management and U16’s Rehabilitation programmes alongside the Primary Care Trust’s Exercise Referral Scheme. All programmes give the opportunity for participants to exercise independently, following a personalised exercise programme, whilst being closely monitored by our Exercise Professionals.

Charity work is an integral part of the BWell ethos and the BWell members and staff have raised thousands of pounds for local stroke and cancer charities since opening. BWell also hosts numerous social and fundraising events throughout the year for members, families and friends. Annual Membership
Pay in advance for 10 months and receive 2 additional months free!
(Amount payable is dependant on membership type). Joining fee applies.

Off Shore
Open to all active off shore workers / Pay for 6 months and receive 12 months membership.  Conditions may apply.
(Amount payable is fixed at Single / Joint rate) Joining fee applies.

Swimming Pool
BWell works in conjunction with Pontins Holiday Resort in Hemsby, offering our members use of their swimming pool during selected times, with only a slight increase in membership costs.

A Gym Swim Membership is available for those who wish to use both the swimming pool and the gym.  Just add £10 onto your monthly gym membership fee to access the pool during our select opening hours.
