BWell and Dance runs throughout term time on Sunday afternoons. Classes are held in the fantastic Dance Studio at Cliff Park High School, Gorleston. Classes are open to children aged 6 and upwards.

The aim of BWell and Dance is to allow children to have great fun whilst exercising and learning new dance styles,  to gain confidence and learn to express themselves both personally and creatively whilst under the supervision of working professionals.  In addition all children are given the opportunity to work as part of a team and be involved in 2 performances per year – a small showcase at Christmas and a Show in the Summer.

BWell and dance also offers an annual Summer School held during the school holidays.  This is an intensive week of dance with a showcase performed on the final day.

BWell and Dance is run by Miss Paula Knapman, a graduate of Elmhurst Ballet School.  She holds teaching qualifications with the IDTA, ISTD and the BATD.  Paula has performed extensively (and still does) in theatre, cabaret, television and modelling.  Her professional career has taken her as far away as Japan but has also seen her in London’s West End and UK Tours.  Alongside performing Paula is an established Choreographer.
 
Miss Sian Humphreys assists BWell and Dance.  She is a graduate of Doreen Bird College and is a professional performer.

Between Paula and Sian they have over 20 years of experience in the Performing Arts Industry.  They have a huge amount of knowledge and understanding to pass onto students of all ages and abilities.

Paula also has classes for Adults.
